Visiting a church for the first time can be an unsettling experience. Whether you’re coming back to church or you’re trying it out for the first time, we know this is a big step for you. Our prayer is that after your visit, you will begin to rethink your perspective on God and the Church.

The following is a survival guide to visiting North Pointe Community Church:

1). Sunday morning gatherings are at 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM. Our church is located at 14025 167 Ave, Edmonton, AB. Both services are identical and last about one hour and 10 minutes. Come a few minutes early to make sure you get a good seat!

2). Enter from 167 Ave. There will be a police officer at the entrance between 10AM and 1PM to help with entering and exiting. Parking for the 9:30AM service is in the south lot and parking for 11AM is in the north lot. There are drop off areas at the entrances for seniors, handicapped people or inclement weather. There are handicap parking spaces at both entrances. When you walk into the church, you will see banners and sign-up tables. Signs will lead you to the high-energy and friendly environments we have created for children. We have age specific classes for Nursery to Jr.High’s. For more information on these environments, click on the Ministries link on this site. Our building is wheel chair accessible and there are no stairs.

3). If you don’t have children to check in, feel free to wake up at our coffee bar in the main foyer. We have a wide selection of coffees for purchase. You can also direct any questions you have at our Information Desk. Friendly volunteers will greet you at the entrance to the Ministry Centre with a bulletin containing info on activities and the take home notes for the day.

4). Adults and teenagers gather in the ministry center for the morning services. The atmosphere is casual. People dress comfortably. We are the “come as you are” church. We use music, video, and other creative elements to communicate truth of God in a contemporary way. Junior Highs leave for their own age-specific teaching after the worship time.

5). People of all ages seem to enjoy our services. There are lots of great churches in Edmonton and St Albert. We hope you'll give ours a try.

See you Sunday!
